  • Is there a job opportunity and how do I join the Pelle Naturale Family?
    We are always looking for new family members!! Please head to join the family tab and apply via our application process. And purchase your joining kit to get your business up and running. Once your kit has been purchased you'll then have access to training and support from The Pelle Naturale Team
  • How long does shipping take?
    Shipping can vary due to location with the US, our standard delivery is 7-10 days but you are able to purchase fast delivery for an additonal cost
  • Are the products vegan and cruelty free?
    Majority of our products are vegan - it will state Vegan in the description if the product is. All our products are cruelty free, paraben free, sulfate free and made within the US and to FDA standards.
  • What Commission does a direct seller/affiliate receive?
    All information regarding the ISD role is available for you to view at the application process. Affiliates receive 30% on all sales, and also receive 30% discount for personal purchases. We also offer cash bonuses, level up gifts and much more
  • Do you offer refunds?
    With our product being skincare we do not offer refunds, we can however offer exchanges if the product is unopened, unused and still sealed.

We use your Personal Information only for improving the Site and Brand. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include but is not limited to your name (“Personal Information”).
Further Information. The state of Wyoming, USA, does not currently have a law in place that specifically regulates data protection and consumer privacy. However, in line with the Wyoming Consumer Protection Act, and the Consumer Protection Unit our consumers data is protected against unfair and deceptive practices, and consumer privacy invasions. 
With respects to Article 5 on Credit Freeze Reports of the Consumer Protection Act provides a breach notification requirement in the event of an unauthorised acquisition of computerised data maintained by a person or business, and which is believed to cause loss or injury to a resident of Wyoming.
